Ten Breaths collects no data about you. This page exists to say so precisely.

The app

• There is no account, no sign-in, and no analytics or crash reporting inside the app.
• The app makes no network requests. Nothing you do in it leaves your Mac.
• If you turn on the calendar feature, the app reads the title and start time of your next event from the calendar database on your Mac, using Apple's EventKit. It never creates, edits, or deletes events, never stores them, and never transmits them. You can turn the feature off at any time, and it is off by default.
• The app may show your first name on the end-of-session card. It reads it from your macOS user account, on the device, and does not store or transmit it.
• Your settings (technique, breaths per session, colours, shortcut) are stored in the app's own preferences on your Mac.

The App Store

Purchases are handled by Apple. I receive aggregate sales figures from Apple and no personal information about buyers.

This website

tenbreaths.app is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies. It uses self-hosted analytics that count page views and referrers without cookies, fingerprinting, or any identifier that could single you out; the data stays on a server I run and is never shared or sold.
